Former Corby care worker to appear in court accused of stealing from his client

A man will appear before magistrates on Monday accused of five counts of fraud.

Nigerian national Obi Forgive, 28, who previously lived in Corby but is now of Albany House, HMP Isle of Wight, will make his first court appearance charged with stealing from someone he was employed to safeguard in his role as care worker. Forgive is accused of one count of abusing his position by intending to make a gain of £5,414.

He is also charged with three further counts of fraud against three more victims.

The final charge is one of possessing a false driving licence.

All the charges relate to offences allegedly committed in January 2018.

Forgive will appear at Northampton Magistrates' Court via videolink on Monday.
