Corby flasher placed on register for sex offenders

A teenager who indecently exposed himself to a woman in Corby has been spared from prison.
Kacper Urbanski, who turned 19 last week, admitted flashing at the victim in the early hours of June 15.

Hide AdThe victim called police and gave a description and Urbanski, of Barra Walk, was soon arrested.
The teenager was also caught with 2.66g of cannabis and later admitted indecent exposure and possession of a class B drug.
At Northampton Magistrates' Court he was sentenced to a community order with 90 hours of unpaid work.
He will have to take part in the Horizon programme, a scheme to rehabilitate male sex offenders.

Hide AdUrbanski will also have to register as a sex offender with police for five years.
Magistrates ordered him to pay costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £95.
