Officers investigating a knifepoint robbery in Raunds have released CCTV images of two men they believe could hold vital information about the armed robbery.
Images of two men have been released in connection with the incident which took place in December last year.
Detectives believe these men may have vital information which could help them with the investigation.
The robbery took place at the Spar shop in High Street, Raunds, shortly before 11pm on Tuesday, December 11.
Two masked men, who were wearing hoodies and face coverings, entered the shop as it was about to close.
They jumped over the counter and one of the men threatened the two members of staff with a knife.
The staff were not hurt during the incident, but the men escaped having stolen a quantity of cigarettes, alcohol and cash.
Detective Constable Pete Long, who is leading the investigation, said: “We have released images of two men who we urgently need to speak with.
“We know they entered the shop some time before the robbery took place and may have vital information that could assist the investigation.
“We would urge them, or anyone who knows them or has information that could be of help, to contact us on 101.
“This incident has left the staff members traumatised and we desperately need to identify the masked men who committed this crime.”
