CCTV clue to who threw eggs and smashed window in late-night attack on Northampton house

Detectives hope these CCTV images will help find who targeted a house in Northampton by throwing eggs and smashing a window in a late-night attack in Northampton.

Officers believe the man caught on camera will be able to give them key information about the incident in Leben Square, near Great Billing Way.

A Northamptonshire Police spokesman said: ""An occupant was woken by the sound of two loud bangs at the front of their home at about 11pm on Saturday, June 13. They noticed that someone had thrown two eggs at the front door.

"About half-an-hour later, at 11.30pm, he heard another loud bang and discovered a pane of glass on his front door had been smashed by an unknown object.

"Our officers who are investigating the incident believe this man may be able to assist with their enquiries and are appealing for him, or anyone who may recognise him, to get in touch.
