Burglars use dumper truck in ram-raid at Barton Seagrave building site

Police are appealing for information

Bank holiday burglars stole power tools after a ram-raid at a building site in Barton Seagrave.

Police are hunting criminals who used a dumper truck to smash their way into the site unit in Barton Road, near the junction with Warkton Lane.

After ramming the door open they stole a number of items including a wacker plate, Stihl saw, laser levels and other power tools.

Police are appealing for information

The incident happened between 4pm on August 31 and 7.30am on September 1.

Anyone with information should contact police on 101.
