Police are appealing for witnesses to a fight between two groups of people in Northampton.

A spokesman for Northamptonshire Police said aphysical confrontation happened between one group of two men and one group of two men and a woman in Kettering Road, Northampton between 5pm and 6pm on Friday, July 22.

The first group of men are described as white. One of them was around 5ft 10ins, of stocky build, wearing a motorbike helmet and gloves. The second man was around 6ft 4ins, of large build, wearing a blue top.

The second group had two black men and one woman. One of the men is described as being of slim build and wearing a black top.
