Vandals who damaged street furniture and cars in Islip and Thrapston are being sought by police.
The offences happened during the evening of Friday, May 16, when offenders sprayed blue and yellow paint on road signs, lampposts and traffic bollards, as well as a Nissan Pathfinder 4x4, in the area of Chapel Hill, Islip, near the Woolpack pub, across the Nine Arches footbridge, and on the Waters Edge estate in Thrapston.
PCSO David Bryan said he hopes that CCTV images, which show three people in the area where some of the damage happened, at around 11.40pm on May 16, may jog people’s memory and he is urging anyone with any information about the offenders to contact police.
Witnesses, or anyone with information, are asked to call Northamptonshire Police on 101. Alternatively, they can call Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
