Last year’s study confirmed what we already know – that Northamptonshire is a great place to do business. I look forward to hearing this year’s results and sharing Weetabix’s exciting history, including how we overcame the global economic challenges in recent years.”
The Northamptonshire Limited study offers an in-depth financial analysis of the county’s top 100 independently-owned companies, evaluating details such as operating profit and employment figures, plus a breakdown of the financial data by sector. The study uses the latest company accounts available from the companies, selected based on turnover and trading address.
Grant Thornton, director John Corbishley, who is leading the event, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Giles Turrell to speak at this year’s event and value the insights he can bring through his time at such a high-profile and well-established company.
“We’re expecting positive results from this year’s survey and look forward to sharing these with over 100 business leaders from the county.”
The results of Northamptonshire Limited 2015 will be announced at a breakfast event at the Northampton Saints Rugby Club on Wednesday, May 13.
