Two accountants have been given new roles.

CFW Chartered Accountants & Business Advisers, which is based at Loddington, near Kettering, has announced the appointment of Kim Parry to associate partner and the promotion of Karl Hobbins to manager.

Kim Parry joined CFW in 2007. Her specialities are audit, company formations and new business start ups, Sage Line 50 training, and solicitors’ accounting rules.

Karl Hobbins joined the firm in 2011, following a decade of accounting and auditing experience in both manufacturing and independent practice in the East Midlands. In his new role he will be taking on his own portfolio of new start-up businesses.

CFW Partner, Anthony Stevens, said: “These two appointments are well deserved and are part of our plans for the longer term in developing and growing our practice further in the region. As a medium-sized firm, it is important that we look to the future and at succession plans. Kim and Karl stepping up to assume new responsibilities is an important part of that strategy.”

CFW has been established for more than 25 years and offers a wide range of services including preparing VAT returns, payroll, accounts, audit, tax returns, management accounts and cash flow projections. For more information go to
