A company that makes a range of products using rapeseed oil produced on its farm in Hargrave has won accreditation from the Vegetarian Society.
The entire range of Mellow Yellow products made by Farrington Oils has been given the accreditation by the society.
Duncan Farrington said: “We are delighted to receive the accreditation as it fits with our company philosophy of producing healthy, quality British products that customers appreciate.
We take great pride in the fact that our range is all home-grown to the highest standards and completely additive free.”
To receive accreditation, products have to pass a strict set of criteria ensuring their suitabilility for vegetarians.
