Boy, 14, injured at indoor skate park

A 14-year-old boy fractured his left wrist in an accident at Adrenaline Alley, Corby, on Good Friday (March 29) at about 1.20pm.

A spokesman for the Warwickshire & Northamptonshire Air Ambulance (WNAA) said: “A 14-year-old male had fallen from a low rail while skateboarding, and suffered an open fracture to his left wrist. WNAA’s crew gave the patient painkillers to ease the fracture pain, and he was then airlifted with his mother to Peterborough City Hospital for treatment.”
