Mark McAllister, business consultant at Jobs 4 U, said: “There’s not been a lot of good jobs news in the area recently after Avon announced a large number of staff were being made redundant, so we are hoping that this news will bolster the jobs market.

“Fairline are showing a real commitment to employing local people and cementing their will to expand their business here in Northamptonshire.

“We are confident that there is more than enough talent and skill in the county to fill these roles.

“We are welcoming applications from people who may have done these type of roles before or people who want a change of career and feel that they have something to offer Fairline.”
