Appeal for witnesses after man suffers serious injuries in A43 crash near Weldon

Police are appealing for witnesses to a crash which left a man with serious but not life-threatening injuries.

The Northants Telegraph reported on Friday that several vehicles had been involved in a crash on the A43 between Weldon and Deenethorpe.

The collision took place at about 12.05pm on Friday (March 3) and involved a white Fiat Doblo, a white VW Up and a white Daff articulated lorry.

Northants Police has today (Monday) issued an appeal for witnesses to the crash, which resulted in the driver of the Fiat, a 25-year-old man, being taken to Addenbrooke’s Hospital with ‘serious but non-life-threatening injuries.’
