The firm behind a planned business park near Kettering is hosting a public exhibition to give people an opportunity to see the early proposals.
Roxhill Developments wants to build a warehouse and office building complex on land south of Junction 10 of the A14.
On Wednesday, March 27, representatives from the firm will be at Burton Latimer Civic Centre, in High Street, between 11am and 8pm where people can look at some of the early proposals and leave comments.
The 90-acre site will be made up of a mix of B1, B2 and B8 buildings, meaning leisure, offices and light industrial units.
The buildings will be between 10,000 and 150,000 sq ft.
Roxhill is being advised by planning consultancy firm Savills.
Dan Yeates, from Savills, said: “The site will have a mix of uses, but one of the reasons we are holding this consultation event is to present some different options to people and to get some feedback and views.
“Nothing is fixed at this stage and when the plans are submitted it will initially be an outline plan, the mix of warehouses and office buildings will be partly guided by discussions we have with occupiers in the future.”
Mr Yeates said Roxhill Developments was hoping to submit an outline planning application for the site in the next two months.
He added: “We are still awaiting the results of some technical reports but once we have those then we should be in a position to submit the application.”
Mr Yeates said anyone unable to make it to Wednesday’s public exhibition can still submit comments on the application by calling 0117 9100336 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
