A-level students at Sir Christopher Hatton Academy have attained an excellent set of results including a 100 per cent pass rate, alongside a further increase in the proportion of students achieving grades A* to B.
The majority have planned to go onto further or higher education and these results will allow them to do this.
Top performers included Bradley Garlick with A*AA (in Computing, Maths and Further Maths), John Connor Rowlatt with A*AB (in Maths, Physics and Further Maths), Charlotte Moloney AAB (in History, Philosophy & Ethics and English Language & Literature) and Evie Probert with AAB (in Geography, English Language & Literature and Sport Studies).
Executive principal Victoria Bishop said: “These successes are down to the hard work and dedication of the wonderful staff, students and parents at Sir Christopher Hatton Academy.
“We would like to congratulate them and wish all our leavers the very best of luck in their future endeavours.”
The academy, which was rated as outstanding by Ofsted in January, has a limited number of sixth form places available for the next academic year.
Anyone interested can email firstname.lastname@example.org, the head of sixth form, for more details and an initial discussion.
