Children who attend Irthlingborough Junior School took part in a World Maths Day challenge with an Olympics twist.
The international mathematics competition saw 5.96 million youngsters from across the world answering maths questions.
A total of 293,571,830 maths questions were answered across the globe as part of the epic educational challenge.
Irthlingborough Junior School pupils were along the millions who took part.
As part of the activities, some of the youngsters combined sports with maths by taking part in a rowing event. They compared their times with those of Olympic rowers.
The children who achieved the top scores from each year group were awarded with Olympic souvenirs for their efforts.
A school spokesman said: “A special mention to Ho Hen in Year 6, who managed to score a staggering 1,186 correct answers during the 48 hours that the site was open – more than double that of any other pupil at our school.
“As a school we answered 10,683 questions correctly.”
