Crowds watched in awe as two of Britain’s most famous aircraft conducted flypasts over Kettering this weekend (June 8 and 9).
The Spitfire flew over Wicksteed Park, where the annual Wicksteed at War was taking place, on Saturday afternoon.
A Lancaster Bomber – one of only two in the world still in airworthy condition – roared overhead on Sunday.
Both aeroplanes were flying as part of the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight.
