Using data from Rightmove and the Land Registry, we take a look at the most expensive house sales in the area over the last 12 months.
Other expensive properties included The Old Rectory, Eydon, Daventry, which sold for £2.3 million in July 2020, along with Brickfield Barn, Newnham Road, Everdon, Daventry, which sold for £1.75 million in July 2020.
