A reservoir with its own woodland and filter house has gone on sale in a Kettering village.

The 40-acre Cransley Reservoir and the 75 acres it sits in have gone on sale for a cool £1.7m.The price also includes a three-bedroom converted former filter house that has its own swimming pool and woodland. The vaulted-roof home also boasts impressive countryside views.It is being marketed by Kettering-based Pattison Lane as a business opportunity as a flourishing sailing club and fishing syndicate are both based at the reservoir.
The reservoir has an active sailing club which has its own clubhouse.
