A town’s entrepreneurs showed how their bright ideas make money and benefit the community.
They took part in Corby Community Enterprise fair at The Cube, in George Street, last week.
There was a variety of workshops as well as 13 stands, including Corby Food Co-operative and a credit union.
Jay Taylor, social entrepreneur in residence for Corby, said; “It was a fantastic day and we were really pleased with the turnout.
“The aim was to highlight social enterprises and what help is available for people interested in setting one up.”
Enterprising Coaching in Corby is a University of Northampton project, funded by the European Regional Development Fund.
It is launching training workshops this month on Tuesday, February 21, and Wednesday, February 22.
Sessions will be held at the former TA Centre in Elizabeth Street, Corby.
