The company provides services from companionship through to personal care and specialised dementia care in Rushden, Wellingborough, Kettering and surrounding towns and villages including North Bedfordshire.

And with the pandemic causing some local firms to either close or make redundancies, they're seeking new employees with a "warm heart and desire" prized over previous experience.

Mark Darnell, owner of Home Instead East Northants, says: “The pandemic has had a devastating effect on many successful businesses in the local area, which is terrible to see.

"Across Northamptonshire, there are people whose future employment is uncertain. But we’re on the lookout for 50 enthusiastic and kind people to join our team of fantastic caregivers.

“If you have been made redundant, want to try something new, or are already performing a caring role but want a change, we’d love you to consider working for Home Instead.

"We will offer you the training you need and immerse you in the company’s values, ensuring that the care we deliver to elderly and vulnerable people across the local area is outstanding.”
