Sywell's aviation museum has set up virtual tours so people can still "visit" during the coronavirus crisis.

The museum at Sywell Aerodrome has stayed closed during the pandemic lockdown with no visitors coming through the doors to look at their exhibits.

But now trustees have completed a set of online virtual 360 degrees tours and a complete museum walk-through online.

To "visit", go to the museum's website here.

As all income has dried up because of the coronavirus closure the museum is also planning a book sale when the lockdown ends to help raise vital funds to keep it going.

They are looking for donations of military/aviation books, model kits, paints and accessories and diecast model aircraft.

Trustees can collect items and observe social distancing. Anyone who can donate items should contact [email protected] or call 07968 061708.
