"She's the biggest comedian around right now dominating both stage and screen. She's a trail blazer in ever respect.

"On the Spot are working hard to get live comedy back on the road for next year and Katherine's shows will be huge."

Also on the line up is Adam Rowe, known from Hot Water Comedy Club in Liverpool, and Ignacio Lopez, who has sold out shows at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.

Ryan has performed sell-out shows across the world. She took her last show, Glitter Room, to The Garrick Theatre in London's West End for a four-week run after a sell-out nationwide tour.

She's also had extensive TV work and has hosted Your Face or Mine with Jimmy Carr for six series on Comedy Central. She's also appeared with Carr on Netflix panel show The Fix.

Ryan has also been seen on Who Do You Think You Are, Have I Got News For You, Would I Lie To You, 8 out of 10 Cats Does Countdown, Travel Man, and more.

The multi-talented comedian will next be seen on Netflix in The Duchess, a sitcom written, executive produced and starring Ryan.

She remains the only woman to have her own special released in all territories on Netflix.

Ryan has been described by The Times as "one of the stand-out stand-ups of her generation" and is bound to entertain Kettering in February.
