Kavana gets in festive spirit

Audiences can come and get into the yuletide spirit as So This Is Christmas! brings cheer to Royal & Derngate on Friday.

Starring ʼ90s pop star Kavana and glamorous actress Gemma Merna, joined by a talented cast and live on-stage band, the show features over two hours of seasonal classics such as White Christmas, Let It Snow, The Christmas Song, Jingle Bell Rock, Last Christmas and Merry Christmas Everybody.

After rising to fame with the top ten hit I Can Make You Feel Good, Kavana has since appeared in Hollyoaks and Grease Is The Word as well as joining Jools Holland as a session musician and backing vocalist. Most recently he was seen on The Big Reunion as part of supergroup 5th Story which led a sold-out nationwide tour.

Best known as Carmel McQueen in the hit soap Hollyoaks, Gemma Merna has remained a TV regular with appearances on Family Fortunes and Celebrity Juice.
