King of the one-liner and wearer of colourful shirts Milton Jones is to perform at the Lighthouse Theatre in Kettering as part of the Live at the Lighthouse comedy club.

He has brought his absurd and silly humour to TV shows such as Mock The Week, Live at the Apollo and Dave’s One Night Stand and has done 10 radio series for BBC Radio 4.

The line-up also includes Romesh Ranganathan, Steve Hall and Gary Delaney. The compere of the evening will be Fin Taylor.

Romesh Ranganathan is a teacher-turned-comic and was nominated for best newcomer at the Foster’s Edinburgh Comedy Award 2013 for his debut show Rom Com. He likes to discuss his grumpy and unsociable life with audience members.

Steve Hall was a runner up for the BBC Newcomer Award 2003. When he’s not doing solo shows, he collaborates with two other comics, Greg Davies and Marek Larwood in the sketch group We Are Klang.

Gary Delaney joins the high ranks of the one-liner experts. His razor sharp gags are renowned for being among the most quoted on the comedy circuit.

Live at the Lighthouse is on Friday, October 17, at The Lighthouse Theatre, Kettering. Tickets cost £17 and for information and bookings visit lighthousetheatre.co.uk or call 01536 414141
