An all-singing, all-dancing and all-fruity duo will take to The Deco stage in Northampton this Saturday.
Children’s TV favourites B1 and B2, otherwise known as Bananas in Pyjamas, will be entertaining children with their latest story when they drop into the town this weekend.
As the tale goes, it’s Banana-riffic partytime in Cuddlestown Park, but the guest of honour has gone missing, creating a genuine Banana emergency.
A spokesman said: “Join B1, B2, Amy, Lulu and Morgan in this brand new, all-singing, all-dancing show. With plenty of audience participation and slapstick fun... can you help the Banana Detectives solve the case?”
Bananas in Pyjamas have been in existence since the 1990s when they first appeared on an Australian children’s television show. The show soon became known in many other countries. The idea is believed to have been inspired by the 1960s’ song Bananas in Pyjamas by Carey Blyton.
The Bananas in Pyjamas Live show will be performed at The Deco at 1pm and 3.30pm. Adult tickets cost £13 and concessions cost £11. Entry for families of four costs £44. Tickets are available online by calling the box office on 01604 622749.
