Feel-good tear-jerker at Castle Theatre

The tear-jerking tale of little orphan Annie and her quest to find her real parents will be performed by members of the Wellingborough Amateur Operatic and Dramatic Society next week.

Performances of this famous, feel-good musical will be staged at The Castle in Wellingborough from Tuesday, March 5, until Saturday, March 9.

There will be two young actresses to play Annie, namely Ellie McAspurn and Martha Winterflood, while the lead adult roles will be played by Shaun Johnson and Melanie Coleman, supported by Jenny Tymon, Johanna Beech, Mark Hanson and David Wicks.

The show will take place nightly at 7.30pm and there will be a 2.30pm matinee on March 9. Tickets, costing £12, are available in person from The Castle box office or by ringing 01933 270007.
