One lucky family have won tickets to Wellingborough Pantomime Society’s family show Dick Whittington And His Magical Cat.

But don’t worry if you missed out on the prize, tickets are still available for the shows, which begins tonight (Tuesday, January 20).

The panto is running until Sunday, January 25, at The Castle theatre, Wellingborough.

Join Dick Whittington (Caroline Redden) and his magical talking cat Tommy (Lewis Starr) as he travels to London to seek his fortune.

During this fun-filled adventure Dick encounters and is framed by the evil King Rat (Spencer Hawkes) and his army of vermin but with Fairy Bowbelles (Jenine Grover) guiding him on his way and helped, though often hindered by Sarah the Cook (Neil Richardson) and Idle Jack (Jon Baish) his determination to prove his innocence, to win the hand in marriage of Alice Fitzwarren (Bayley Richardson) and amass riches beyond his wildest dreams are never beyond his grasp – or are they?

With oodles of local talented performers, an experienced band, a stunning professional set with a rocking galleon and King Rat’s terrifying toilet and plenty of audience participation this show will be great entertainment for the whole family.

Friday, January 23 – 7.30pm

Saturday, January 24 – 2.30pm and 7.30pm

Tickets are £15 (£14 concessions) and a family ticket is £48 (must include one child)
