Dance company Two Thirds Sky has become the company in residence at The Castle theatre in Wellingborough .
And to mark the occasion, the company is premiering its film The Water Rail at the theatre on July 31.
The film is set in the landscape of Stanwick Lakes nature reserve and was filmed along the reclaimed railway route that runs from Stanwick to Ringstead’s canal lock. The company has close connections to the area as artistic director Lisa Spackman is from Higham Ferrers and has lectured at the University of Northampton.
Lisa said: “The Castle feels like the perfect home for the company and gives us the space to thrive.”
