Comedian Patrick Monahan will be making audiences of all ages chuckle when he performs two shows for different generations on one day at Kettering Arts Centre.
Patrick is due to perform at the venue on Sunday, when he will stage one show (at 2pm) for children aged four to 10, and another show (at 7.30pm) for anyone older than 11.
A well-known name in the world of comedy, Patrick has performed at seven Edinburgh Fringe Festivals and appeared many times on The Paul O’Grady Show, aswell as on BBC’s Let’s Dance for Sport Relief. He has performed at venues across the globe.
In 2001 he was the winner of ITV’s Take The Mike series and in August 2011 he won the channel’s Show Me The Funny comedy contest.
Patrick’s humour is said to rely heavily on audience interaction and a story-telling style that draws on his own experiences of growing up in Teeside to Irish and Iranian parents.
Tickets are £4 for the afternoon show and £8 or £6 for the evening. Visit www.ketteringartscentre.com
