The Willows, Phil Doleman & Ian Emmerson and Jim McShee headline the Kontra Roots Club tomorrow.
Since their last appearance in 2012, the Cambridge acoustic act has gone from strength to strength, releasing Beneath Our Humble Soil to top reviews.
They play contemporary folk music, weaving traditional and modern roots.
As part of The Re-entrants, rock ukulele duo, Phil Doleman and Ian Emmerson, toured the UK for nearly six years.
Last year they decided they needed a new challenge so set about writing and rehearsing an eclectic repertoire of new material.
Making up the line up, Jim McShee will be bring his own style of Americana.
Kontra is at Kennedy’s Bar, Irthlingborough Road, Finedon. Music starts at 8pm and admission is free.
