Billy Lockett ended his UK tour with a sold out gig at the Borderline in London last week.
The singer songwriter from Northampton has been playing across the country touring in support of his latest EP which was released earlier this year.
Speaking ahead of the London gig, Lockett said: “The tour has been amazing and playing in London is always special.
“It’s the chance for fans and the whole of my team to see me as well as for my parents to come along as well.
“It’s pretty risky to do a whole tour and play so few songs that people know.
“The new songs are so much bigger and better than my previous work, it’s a whole different kettle of fish and it’s great that people have been really enjoying what they’ve been hearing.
“It’s been a million times better going on tour with a band. Just having more heads to bounce ideas off is one huge benefit.”
Lockett is currently in the process of mastering his debut album.
He added: “We’ve finished the album, the hardest thing is done. We’ve got the songs down, I’ve got the band there and the sound.
“Now it’s showing it to people. I want this album to be the sound track to people’s lives.”
