Echo and the Bunnymen frontman Ian McCulloch heads to The Zombie Hut in Corby this weekend for two shows.
McCulloch has been a towering presence on the UK pop landscape for more than three decades.
With the Bunnymen still ongoing, McCulloch’s latest solo project is an intensely personal one, both drawing a line under an illustrious and sometimes stormy past and also pointing the way forward to a future full of potential.
Holy Ghosts is released later this month and contains two albums in one.
The first is a live recording from his show at London’s Union Chapel in May 2012 and the second contains his fourth solo studio album, Pro Patria Mori, whch was released last year.
The singer will headline the new Corby venue on Friday, May 10 and Saturday, May 11. The Friday gig is sold out, but tickets are available for the second date.
