Former Supergrass frontman Gaz Coombes will be previewing songs from his forthcoming album, Matador, next week.
The singer-songwriter is due to release the record at the start of next year and prior to this he is playing two small ‘warm-up’ shows ahead of a headline gig in London this month.
Matador will follow the critically-acclaimed solo debut, Here Come The Bombs, which was released in 2012.
The record marked the next chapter of Coombes’ career and followed six albums with Supergrass.
Supergrass rose to fame in the mid-1990s with their debut single, Caught By The Fuzz, which featured on their debut album the following year, I Should Coco. The band disbanded in 2010.
Coombes plays The Craufurd Arms in Wolverton on Tuesday, November 18.
Doors open at 7.30pm, tickets costs £15 in advance.
