Dodgy still worth staying out for with Northampton gig

Nineties indie stalwarts Dodgy are returning to Northampton to headline The Picturedrome on Friday March 17.

The band released their sixth album What Are We Fighting For last year. The LP featured the single You Give Drugs A Bad Name.

Dodgy broke through into the mainstream with their 1994 album Homegrown. It featured the hit Staying Out For The Summer and sold more than 100,000 copies. Its successor Free Peace Sweet followed in 2006 and included the hit Good Enough. The album reached number seven in the UK charts and sold more than 400,000 copies in under 12 months.

Dodgy are fronted by singer and guitarist Nigel Clark. He’s joined in the band by guitarist Andy Miller, drummer Matthew Priest and bassist Stu Thoy.
