Midlands indie four piece, Peace, will play at the Roadmender next week, touring ahead of the release of their new album.
Peace leapt into the hearts of the public in 2013 with their joyously escapist debut album, In Love.
The record attempted to capture the live energy and sense of spontaneity that had made the band one of the most sought-after live acts in the UK, gracing the front covers of magazines and playing sold out shows at the Shepherds Bush Empire.
Its successor, Happy People, is released this month on Columbia Records.
At the end of last year, Peace supported Bombay Bicycle Club and in 2013 were BBC Sound Of nominees.
Peace comprise of singer, guitarist and keyboard player Harry Koisser, guitarist Douglas Castle, drummer Dom Boyce and bassist Samuel Koisser.
They headline the venue in Lady’s Lane, Northampton, on Saturday, February 14.
Doors open at 7pm, tickets cost £12.50. To book visit www.sotickets.net or call 08454744718. Visit www.peaceforeverever.co.uk
