The team at Farrington Oils have come up with another tasty treat.

3 medium eggs
200g soft brown sugar
150g self-raising flour
100ml Mellow Yellow Chilli Oil
25g milk chocolate chips (optional)
Firstly, preheat your oven to 180C and grease and line a 22cm inch square tin.
In a bowl, beat together the eggs and sugar until pale and creamy.
Sieve in the flour and cocoa and gently fold into the egg mixture, then stir in the chilli oil (make sure you give the bottle a good shake before).
Pour the mixture into the tin and scatter over the chocolate chips.
Bake in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes, and cool slightly before turning out.
Cut into pieces and serve on its own, with cream or ice cream!
