DISCO fans from the mid-1960s to the early 1980s will be heading to the county cricket club in Northampton this Saturday for a TTT reunion.

Originally started by Bob Kaufman and Pete Mace, the TTT Disco (Through Till Twelve) first took place at Billing Aquadrome in June 1967.

Over the years, it attracted thousands of followers who enjoyed dancing to DJs Pete Mace, Alan Melhado (pictured right), Steve Cheney and the late Stuart Marlowe, who sadly passed away a few months ago. They are probably best known for venues such as Sywell, The Salon Ballroom, Buckby Lion (formerly The Why Not Inn), the County Cricket Club and The Seven Star Grill and Tarry’s in Northampton .

This Saturday, the original DJs of Pete, Alan and Steve, ably hosted by Radio Northampton’s Paddy Grady, will be appearing in a one-off reunion at the Northants County Cricket Club, in Wantage Road, Northampton .

Doors open at 8pm. Admission is £8 and tickets can be booked in advance on 01604 759719 or for credit/debit card bookings call Maria on 01502 581900.
