Youngsters made boxes all about themselves at a session at a children’s centre in Wellingborough.
Children and their parents were asked to take along photographs and special items so the youngsters could make an All About Me box in an old shoebox, which they decorated.
The session at Croyland Children’s Centre and Nursery School yesterday was for children aged around three and four.
Jackie Jones from the centre said: “We asked the parents to bring the box, lots of photographs and any little treasures their child wanted to put into the box. We provided wrapping paper and glitter so they could decorate the boxes. It was absolutely marvellous, they really enjoyed it. They were all different boxes but they were all extremely precious.”
