A new cook is needed to make meals for a luncheon club attended by pensioners from Rushden.
Meals are served on the third Tuesday of each month at Harrold United Reform Chapel, in High Street, Harrold.
About 25 people attend each luncheon, including people from Rushden.
Current cook Barbara Owen is having to give up the role due to arthritis.
She said: “We need someone to volunteer once a month to prepare lunch for an average of 24 people. We have got other people who help with washing up and serving the meals.”
People interested in volunteering for the role would need to be available between 9.30am and 2pm on the third Tuesday of the month.
Anyone interested can call Mrs Owen on 01234 708578.
