Oundle face their toughest test so far in Midlands Four East (South) as they travel to league favourites St Ives.
There are a few changes to the side that mauled Westwood last week brought about through injuries and unavailabilities.
Most notable is the return of skipper Joe Rice to boost the pack with James Woore stepping back down to the seconds.
Will Parker is at a wedding so powerhouse prop Jon Roughley steps up while Michael Griffiths replaces the injured Wayne Atkins.
In the backs Matt Faulder is injured so Ollie Rees gets the starting place and Gareth Jacob, a five-try hero for the seconds last week, nudges ahead of Adam Blackmore on the other flank.
Influential Will Griffiths is out with a damaged thumb so Colt Ben Milborne steps up.
“We will be looking for a better performance than last week,” said coach Pete Croot.
“We must concentrate on what we do well and not respect the opposition too much.
“If things aren’t working I have a strong bench to change the outcome.”
Elsewhere in the division Corby, without a win all season, go to unbeaten league leaders St Neots while Old Grammarians are also on the road to county rivals Brackley.
