Andy Trott continues to head the Thornton’s Sport County Ranking List after some sterling performances on the national scene.

John Fuller is in second place, although his superb win in the Kettering Closed Men’s Singles has yet to be taken into account.

Steve Silk, Richard Elliott and Chris Ross remain in close contention.

Aiden Smith makes an appearance in the top 40 for the first time, having moved up 31 places since the November rankings were published.

Lower down on the 498-strong list, Corby players have also made substantial progress with Ryan Cassidy moving up 84 places from 342 to 258 while team-mate Kyle Murie’s 76-place move from 362 to 286 is matched by Northampton’s Jonathan Edlund who is currently listed at 300.
