Irchester United will be looking to halt an 11-game losing streak in the ChromaSport & Trophies United Counties League Premier Division tonight.

The rock-bottom Romans take on AFC Kempston Rovers at Alfred Street having suffered their 11 successive defeat when they went down 6-1 at home to Cogenhoe United at the weekend.

In fact, it was a winless weekend for all the local teams in the Premier Division and two others will be looking to get back on track tonight.

Desborough Town are in for a stern test as they host big-spending Spalding United. Ar Tarn fought back from 2-1 down to seal a draw against Sleaford Town on Saturday.

And Stewarts & Lloyds are also on home territory for the second game in a row as they take on Shepshed Dynamo at Occupation Road.

Daren Young’s side have gone five games without a win, although they claimed a decent 1-1 draw with Deeping on Saturday.

Rothwell Corinthians are also in action as they head to Bourne in the first round of the Hinchingbrooke Cup.

Corinthians will be looking to bounce back from their 5-1 defeat at the hands of high-flying Sileby Rangers in Division One of the UCL at the weekend.
