The formbook suggests there should be only one winner at Chancery Lane on Saturday.

Basement side Woodford United are the visitors to Thrapston in Division One for a clash that the hosts will be favourites, by a long distance, to win.

In the past week Woodford have shipped 23 goals in their two fixtures at Whitworth and Olney while failing to find the target themselves.

Thrapston have won their last three which included a 5-0 victory at Woodford in their last outing, scoring 16 and conceding one.

Whitworth, who lost 1-0 to Bourne on Tuesday after crushing Woodford 16-0 three days previously, travel to Eynesbury.

Burton Park Wanderers shared the points in a 1-1 draw with Eynesbury in midweek and they make the trip to Peterborough Sports.

Raunds, who lost 4-1 at Harrowby, host Northampton Spencer who beat Irchester 3-0.

The Romans visit St Neots Saints and Rushden & Higham go to leaders Oadby.

Rothwell Corinthians, who lost 2-0 to Huntingdon in the League Cup on Wednesday, visit Lutterworth Athletic.

In the Premier Division, AFC Rushden & Diamonds, who are without a manager following Mark Starmer’s resignation, will look to bounce back to winning ways as they host Wisbech at the Dog & Duck.

Desborough play host to Wellingborough, who are also on the lookout for a new boss after Craig Adams left for Bedford Town.

S&L Corby, who lost 3-1 at home to Deeping at the weekend, are without a game.
