Chris Rivett has resigned as a director of Corby Town.

Rivett, who specialised in the media side of things at Steel Park, has left to “pursue other opportunities”.

A statement on the club’s website: “The board would like to thank Chris for all his hard work on behalf of Corby Town over the last 18 months, not just on the media side but across all aspects of the club’s operation.

“Chris has contributed significantly to establishing a professional infrastructure in a number of areas and his input will be missed.

“We would also like to thank Chris’ team at Final Third for the role that they have played in developing the club’s media profile on a local and national scale.”
