A couple of local derbies headline a busy evening of action in the ChromaSport & Trophies United Counties League Division One tonight (Tuesday).

Raunds Town moved into the top six thanks to a 3-0 success at Buckingham Town on Saturday and they could go up a further place this evening if they are victorious at Rushden & Higham United.

The Lankies didn’t play at the weekend and are looking to end a run of two successive defeats.

There is another derby clash at Latimer Park where struggling Burton Park Wanderers, beaten 3-0 by Peterborough Sports at the weekend, take on Rothwell Corinthians.

Whitworth have a big home game against fellow high-flyers ON Chenecks while Irchester United host Buckingham Town at Alfred Street.

Thrapston Town will be aiming to bounce back from Saturday’s 4-2 defeat to Potton United when the head to Bourne Town and the division’s bottom two - St Neots Town Saints and Stewarts & Lloyds - face off after the first clash between them was postponed at the weekend.
