Stewarts & Lloyds will hope to return to action in the ChromaSport & Trophies United Counties League Premier Division tonight (Tuesday).

And, should the game go ahead, it promises to be a huge one in the battle to stay in the division as the Foundrymen are due to take on fellow strugglers Newport Pagnell at Occupation Road.

After a virtual washout in the UCL at the weekend, a number of local clubs will be hoping the weather holds well enough for them to play in Division One this evening.

Irchester United did play at the weekend but suffered a heavy 9-0 defeat at leaders Oadby Town.

The Romans will be keen to put that behind them as they prepare to take on local rivals Rushden & Higham United at Alfred Street.

Raunds Town entertain high-flying Harrowby United at Kiln Park and Burton Park Wanderers are in action tomorrow (Wednesday) night when they head to Bugbrooke.
