AFC Rushden & Diamonds will be aiming to book a place in the semi-finals of the ChromaSport & Trophies United Counties League Knockout Cup tonight (Tuesday).

Diamonds, who stayed on course for the Premier Division title with a dramatic 2-1 win at Eynesbury Rovers at the weekend, head to Yaxley for a quarter-final tie.

In the Premier Division itself, Wellingborough Town and Desborough Town will be looking to bounce back from defeats on Saturday.

The Doughboys take on AFC Kempston Rovers at the Dog & Duck having lost 3-2 at home to Thurnby Nirvana at the weekend.

Ar Tarn were well beaten 4-1 at Peterborough Northern Star on Saturday but have the chance to hit back when they entertain rock-bottom Long Buckby at the Waterworks Field.

Three local teams are also in action in Division One this evening.

Irchester United are set for a tough test as they head to title-chasing Northampton Spencer, who claimed an incredible 12-0 victory at bottom side Stewarts & Lloyds at the weekend.

The Foundrymen, still without a win this season, will try to restore some pride when they face Bourne Town at Occupation Road.

Thrapston Town, meanwhile, travel to struggling St Neots Town Saints as they aim to build on a 2-0 success at Blackstones on Saturday.
