AFC Rushden & Diamonds will travel to Barwell to battle it out for a place in the first round proper of the FA Cup later this month.

Diamonds’ reward for knocking out Evo-Stik Northern League Premier Division side Ashton United 2-0 in the third qualifying round at the weekend is a short trip into Leicestershire to take on a Barwell side who sit a place above Ashton in the same league.

Kettering Town, meanwhile, could set up an all-Northamptonshire derby at Brackley Town if both clubs come through their replays tomorrow (Tuesday) night.

The Poppies travel to Bamber Bridge following a 1-1 draw between the two sides at Latimer Park on Saturday while Brackley have a replay at Rugby Town after they also drew 1-1 at the weekend.

The fourth qualifying round matches will take place over the weekend of October 24 with winning clubs receiving £12,500 as well as a place alongside the Sky Bet League One and Two clubs, including Northampton Town, in the first round draw.
