Corby Town have re-signed central defender Brad-Lee Gascoigne.
The 20-year-old played under current Steelmen boss Tommy Wright last season but started the current campaign at Hereford United where he was club captain.
However, after the Bulls went out of business, Gascoigne went on to have spells with Sutton United, Stalybridge Celtic and Rushall Olympic.
But he is now back at Steel Park and will go straight into the squad for tomorrow (Wednesday) night’s Red Insure Cup semi-final with North Leigh.
Wright said; “I am absolutely delighted to get him back in to the club, he has been at Rushall recently and has been trialing at a number of Conference North clubs.
“He will bring us some much needed height and is a versatile player who can play either centre-half or as a holding midfielder.
“Brad was a player that I was disappointed to lose last season and I think with a run of games he could be a big player for us during the run-in.”
